Thrift & Co. Return Policy

At Thrift & Co., we want every shopping experience to be thrifty, thoughtful, and satisfying. Because our items are unique and often one-of-a-kind, we offer in-store credit for eligible returns made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.Items must be

in the same condition as purchased — with original tags (if applicable). A

receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

All sales on clearance, accessories, and intimate apparel are final.

In-Store Credit

Approved returns will receive in-store credit equal to the purchase amount.

Store credit can be used for future in-store or online purchases. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash and does not expire.

How to Return

You may return your item in one of two ways:

In Person:

Bring your item and receipt to our store during business hours.

By Mail:

Ship your return to our store at your expense. Please include your name, order number, and contact information inside the package to ensure proper credit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on mailed returns. Thrift & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and intimate items are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.
